Secondly, add the chopped onions, salt, seasoning cubes, garlic, ginger, curry, thyme, Ata-rodo pepper, and bay leaves to the meat over low-medium heat. Stir to mix all ingredients, then cover, and cook for 7 minutes.

Check on the meat, add 3 cups of water, and then stir to combine, and cook over medium heat until the meat is cooked. The beef should be thoroughly cooked in around 40 minutes, depending on the quantity and size of meat used.
