How to make Yogurt Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sizes of ripe bananas
  • 2 large pears
  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt
  • Dates syrup or Honey (optional)

Method of preparation

  1. First and foremost, run the Popsicle mold in hot water tap to slacken the mold.
  2. Secondly, wash and chop the pears, peel the banana skin and cut into pieces
  3. Thirdly, in a blender pour in your Greek yogurt, pears, and banana, if you want to increase the sweetness add honey or date syrup.
  4. Finally, blend at high speed until the consistency becomes fluffy and smooth; fill the Popsicle mold with the yogurt mixture, cover with the holder and freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  5. In conclusion, to remove the molds, run in warn water for 10 seconds and gently remove the molds and be left with the holder with your yogurt well position ready to lick.
