How to make Amala Nigerian food Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yam flour (elubo)
  • cooking pot
  • water

Instructions

  1. How to make elubo your delicious swallow is a bit difficult to make. It is quite different from every other morsel that you can make while the water is boiling. But this delicious meal needs a lot of practice and techniques to get it without lumps.
  2. Get your yam flour ready and boil your water
  3. Add the yam flour gradually and stir using a wooden spatula until you get the thickness or firmness you want, stir vigorously to avoid lumps formation and burning
  4. Once you have gotten a smooth, soft and even texture, add a little amount of water to boil for a minute then stir well and serve or you can wrap it in nylon till you are ready to eat.

Finally, you can eat your delicious swallow with well-prepared ewedu soup, efo-riro soup, okra soup, black soup, gbegiri soup.
