Homemade Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

Dough:

4 – 5 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup of warm milk

2 teaspoons of yeast

2 eggs

½ cup melted butter

½ cup granulated sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Filling:

2 tablespoon ground cinnamon

½ cup melted butter

1 cup brown sugar

Frosting:

1 cup icing sugar

2 tablespoon cream cheese

¼ cup softened butter

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instruction

The Yeast:

First of all, in a large bowl, mix the yeast, melted butter, sugar the warm milk at the same time after that allow to foamy for like 10 – 15 minutes.

The Rolls:

  1. Whisk the egg and add into the yeast mixture, then add 4 cups of flour, salt, and cinnamon, continue to mix till it become a bit sticky at that point dough is form. The next step is to transfer it to a sprinkle floured surface and knead for a short while as it turns smooth. Set in an evenly greased bowl, after that cover as you allow raising as it double its size for a period of 2 hours or place in a warm oven and heat in other to fasting the rate at which it rise whichever way that suits you.
