How to Make Oats Porridge Recipe – Best Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (Optional)

Instructions

  1. First of all, boil water in a pot. Add the oats and stir continuously, add your pinch of salt and the cinnamon powder and allow cooking for 4- 5 minutes.
  2. Add your milk and sugar, stir and cook for another 1 minute or until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Turn off the flame, cover the pot with a lid and allow sitting for 30 seconds.

Serve with fresh bananas or any other toppings of your choice.
