How to Make Nigerian Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe


  • ½ Kilo ground beef
  • Garlic powder
  • 2 slices of bread or 1/2 Cup of fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black Pepper
  • 4 fresh Tomatoes (medium-sized)
  • 1 Can of tomato sauce
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Spaghetti
  • Olive or Vegetable oil


  1. First of all, pieces two slices of fresh bread into a smaller bread crumbs. In a clean bowl soak the bread with 1/2 cup of milk for about 5 minutes. {If you have breadcrumbs go ahead and make use of it}
  2. In a big bowl, pure the ground beef, the breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Then add black pepper and salt to your preference. Mix all ingredients together with your hands until the blend turns to one whole paste of beef.

  8. At this point, you should be boiling water for cooking spaghetti.
  9. Finally, let the sauce cook for like 20 minutes before adding the meatballs to the sauce; and allow cooking on medium heat for 30 minutes to be sure everything is well cooked.
