7 – 8 spoonful of oatmeal
8 pieces of dates
1 cup of almond Milk
Cooking oatmeal
Use a clean pot, heat up your water
Add your oats into the boiling water and stir, after that ensure you have enough water in the pot that covers the quantity of oat poured into that pot.
As the oat start bubbling, stir frequently to reduce the bubbles before it overflow and cause a mess on your stove top.
If well-cooked it has a creamy texture, turn off the heat.
Finally serve on a bowl plate add your milk and dates
