Fresh ripe mangoes are not acidic, on the other hand unripe once are acidic and produces sour taste which can cause heartburn or acid indigestion to some people. Henceforth when buying this fruits, go for fresh ripe once.

Mangos contain lots of phytonutrients like potassium and vitamins that prevent heart related diseases and also lower blood pressure in the same vein regulate heartbeat. Potassium is an important nutrient for proper functioning of cells in the body, low potassium in the blood level can cause palpitation. Face mask preparation

2 spoons of mango

2 tablespoon of honey

3 tablespoon of wheat flour

Wash your mango remover the skin and the seed while you are left with the yellow golden pulp

Get a dip bowl and add all ingredients then mash to smooth

Wash off any make-up on the face before applying the paste

Apply the paste on your face especially on the burnt area and wait for about 20 minutes

Wash off with look warm water and allow drying

Repeat the process twice a week.

Moderate intake of potassium is advisable since it might increase the blood sugar level of a diabetic patient.
