- Something yummy.
Drizzle on top of the maple a bit more. Honey also works.
How to Make Chia Pudding – Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
- 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 1/2 Cups Dairy-Free Milk ( Use Diy Coconut milk Or Tiger Nut Milk)
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh Fruit (Berries)
First and foremost, in a mixing bowl or mason Jar pour in your dairy-free milk, add the chia seeds, maple syrup (to taste), and vanilla. Stir properly to combine.
Secondly, cover and refrigerate overnight (or for about 4 hours). The chia pudding becomes thick and creamy. If not, then add more chia seeds, stir vigorously, and refrigerate for another hour or thereabout so.
Finally, serve with toppings of fruit, nuts and maple syrup as desired.
