  • 4 cups of plain flour/Bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup milk warm or warm water
  • 2 eggs (optional)

Method of preparation

  1. First and foremost, proof the yeast as you dissolve the yeast with 1 spoon of sugar and warm milk stir very well and keep aside for about 5 minutes
